Two private partnerships that make direct investments in real estate equity and debt in the private capital markets on behalf of partners/clients. The partnerships seeks the superior structural total return and high levels of income that result from capturing the illiquidity premium of private investments combined with the yields on direct lending and the value-added activities and prudent leverage of developers, project contractors and syndicators. All investments are secured by real estate. For accredited investors only.

Developers & Syndicators

Our Clothier Springs Capital Partners LLC is constantly seeking to raise new capital from current and prospective partners. We are also on a continual mission to place partnership capital with deal sponsors, construction finance borrowers, joint venture partners and lending funds. 100% of our investments are secured by real estate. The partnership targets a mix of equity and debt investments that project to total annual returns in the 15% to 20% range.
